- Post link for Brookshire homeowners on HOA website for board meeting. First 15 minutes allocated for homeowners to voice comments, concerns, questions. After 15 minutes, board meeting will commence and homeowners are welcome to listen in.
- Financials.
- Board discussion/approval of forecasted budget (a) with legal cost (b) without legal cost.
- Statement/proposed language drafted by HOA attorney to be presented to homeowners at Annual Meeting.
- Zoom meeting tool to enable homeowners to attend Board & Annual meetings.
- Suggestions how to encourage nominations for Board positions at Annual Meeting. Some Board members have indicated they intend to retire/resign their current positions, homeowners needed to fill those positions & add to Board.
- National Night Out banners received, they are wonderful.
- Well decommission: Board has reviewed history & costs Brookshire has already paid, we need HOA attorney advice.
